The order is processed upon receipt of your payment.
The conclusion of the contract will only take place if Charlotte Lefebvre Floral Design accepts this order. We reserve the right to refuse any order.
No refunds are offered for cancellations requested on the day of delivery.
Due to the perishable products used and the work accomplished, we cannot cancel or change orders already in progress. Only the shipping costs can be refunded.
To cancel or modify an order for a later date, please call us at 514-554-3076.
The information given by the buyer at the time of placing the order constitutes a commitment on their part.
Make sure that the address of your recipient is accurate and complete, as well as their presence on the day of delivery. Do not hesitate to give us as much information as possible for delivery purposes. The delivery cannot be guaranteed if the information provided is inaccurate or incomplete.
The buyer is responsible for the contact details of the recipient provided and Charlotte Lefebvre Floral Design cannot be held responsible for them if they are wrong.
A fee of $12 to $30 will be charged to the buyer if the delivery person has to go to an address other than the one given or has to return the shipment to the boutique.
Our offers are valid within the limit of available products. In such a case, Charlotte Lefebvre Floral Design reserves the right to deliver a product offering identical characteristics in terms of size and quality.
Our photos are not contractual.
Deliveries on holidays and during winter storms
On holidays (in particular Valentine’s Day, Easter, Passover, Mother’s Day, Rosh Hashanah, Christmas, New Year’s Day and all other religious holidays) and on days of winter storms, Charlotte Lefebvre Floral Design is committed to doing its very best to respect the delivery date and time, but cannot guarantee a delivery within the time slot requested by the customer.
The customer accepts that the order may be delivered at any time of the day or the day before, given the large number of deliveries to be made by our delivery personnel during these days. Charlotte Lefebvre Floral Design is not responsible in case of late delivery or non-delivery and the customer cannot claim any damages.
Complaints regarding the delivered product must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
These complaints will be processed with benevolence, and with your good faith always being presumed. The possible damages and interests can in no case exceed the amount of the order.
Claims must be addressed to Charlotte Lefebvre Floral Design either by phone at 438-874-0270 or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
The buyer has 48 hours to inform us if he is not satisfied with the delivered product. It will then be our pleasure to promptly replace the product. The customer will of course be refunded if there was non-delivery due to an error on our part.
